About The Position

The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring full-time or part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our outstanding team! FVRC is a fast-paced specialty/emergency hospital that is continuing to grow. We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us. No overnight CSR Shifts. We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to engage in active problem-solving vs problem identification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a Veterinary Specialty, Emergency, and/or a large high-volume day practice.
• Organized and comfortable with new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
• Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital.
• Manage a high call volume and multi-phone line system.
• Process payments, refunds and cash handling.
• Appropriately record information and maintain medical records.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
