Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service role experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software
• Passion for animals and dedication to client care

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Handle phone inquiries and triage basic questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
