We’re currently seeking a dedicated Oncology Client Coordinator to join our oncology department. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with prior veterinary experience—whether as a licensed technician, veterinary assistant, or an experienced client service representative. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am-5:30pm Some holidays are required Compensation Starting at $22-25/hour, commensurate with experience What’s in It for You? Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and our doctors and technicians.
  • Monitor and manage client and veterinary communication, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
  • Review patient records to assess any urgent concerns and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Enter and update patient information in our computer system.
  • Audit referral reports, charges, and diagnostic records from the previous week.
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental procedures and protocols to ensure smooth operations.
