Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position Some holidays are required Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7am-5:30pm or 7:30am-6pm

Requirements

  • Veterinary experience is required, with a preference for internal medicine or specialty experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately with both teams and clients

Nice To Haves

  • Technician or assistant background preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating internal medicine consults and procedures
  • Communicating with clients about treatment plans, estimates, and follow-up care
  • Ensuring records and diagnostics are accurate and up to date
  • Assisting in patient discharge, preparing medications and paperwork
  • Serving as a point of contact for scheduling and case flow
  • Providing clear, compassionate communication to pet owners
