Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position Some holidays are required Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7am-5:30pm or 7:30am-6pm
Requirements
- Veterinary experience is required, with a preference for internal medicine or specialty experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and client service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and compassionately with both teams and clients
Nice To Haves
- Technician or assistant background preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinating internal medicine consults and procedures
- Communicating with clients about treatment plans, estimates, and follow-up care
- Ensuring records and diagnostics are accurate and up to date
- Assisting in patient discharge, preparing medications and paperwork
- Serving as a point of contact for scheduling and case flow
- Providing clear, compassionate communication to pet owners
