About The Position

Snout is one of the fastest-growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the US. We're on the hunt for a passionate, relationship-focused Veterinary Clinic Success Manager to join our in-person team at our Troy, MI office Monday through Friday. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of veterinary clinics and help them succeed with Snout from launch into the future. You will work closely with clinic leadership, doctors, and front desk teams to grow wellness plan enrollment by sharing best practices, solving problems, and helping teams stay motivated and aligned. This is a relationship-driven, revenue-impacting role where your ability to influence, coach, and support clinics directly affects how much they grow on Snout. This role offers experienced veterinary, healthcare, or dental practice managers a chance to pivot into tech while still supporting pets and their people. You'll partner with clinics to solve real problems, build lasting relationships, and be part of a fast-growing team with a mission that matters.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Practice Manager or General Manager for a veterinary clinic, healthcare or medical practice/clinic, dental clinic, etc.
  • Ability to effectively train, teach, and influence teams remotely
  • Ability to confidently present and communicate succinctly to stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for learning and using new technologies in workflows
