About The Position
Animal Care Clinic is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! Our Client Service Representatives provide our hospital's first and last impressions and are instrumental in managing client requests and appointment flow. We emphasize excellent customer service and are looking for a responsible, team-oriented, self-motivated team player. This exceptionally important role requires team members to juggle phone calls, emails, text messages, and face-to-face communications while ensuring thorough, accurate documentation and invoicing. CSRs are trained to understand the basics of veterinary medicine to appropriately schedule doctor visits, answer questions, and educate our clients.
