The Veterinary Eye Institute in Anaheim is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Representative/Receptionist for our ophthalmology specialty clinic located in Anaheim, CA. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are responsible for answering the phone, differentiating between routine and emergency cases, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, as well as, processing payments, managing financial information, and communicating information between clients and staff. The right candidate enjoys working with people and their pet’s and is caring, friendly, and efficient. Someone who creates a warm and welcoming impression. And remains professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks. We are searching for someone who firmly believes in the quality of care we provide and can communicate this sense of assurance to clients. And understands our services and recommendations and clearly communicates them to clients. The ideal applicant can empathize with clients and remain compassionate and well-mannered. Remaining calm and collected in the face of emergency situations. Ultimately, it is the CSR who creates a good first and last impression on our clients.
