As the face of VCA, the CSR sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms Coordinating visits and assisting patient care team with triage Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Assisting clients with products, including prescriptions Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical care Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times-both inside and outside Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence VCA Animal Hospitals is a community of over 800 hospitals across the US, including primary care, emergency, and specialty medicine.
