About The Position

We offer primary care and 24/7 emergency services for dogs and cats. Our integrative medicine department provides rehabilitation services, as well as acupuncture and chiropractic for small animals. With a dedicated support staff, we provide 24-hour emergency and critical care for small animals, offering extensive resources to the veterinary community of the Pacific Northwest.
Requirements
- Experience as a receptionist required.
- Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
- Computer skills required.
- Accurate accounting skills are a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities (judgment, logic, creativity, conflict resolution).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.
