Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (Full-Time) (Westlake Village, CA)
About The Position
VCA Westlake Village Animal Hospital in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an extraordinary Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. Pay Range (based on experience): $20.50 - $23.00/hour Position Overview: As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients - whether on the phone, at the front desk, or online. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and patients, from check-in to check-out, while supporting our veterinary team with scheduling, communication, and medical record maintenance. Our full-time associates work (4) 10-Hour shifts. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or CSR (preferred)
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and common procedures
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, compassionate demeanor and team-focused attitude

- Understanding of basic veterinary treatments or medications
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and compassionately in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
- Process payments, invoices, and estimates

- Coordinate patient flow and assist with client education
- Handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
