Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones and differentiate between routine and emergency cases.
• Schedule appointments and greet clients.
• Admit and check out the day's appointments.

• Handle multiple tasks at once with many interruptions.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy to clients and co-workers.
