About The Position

Ridgetop Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time veterinary client service representative to add to our growing team. We strive to provide excellent client experiences and exceptional patient care. We offer wellness and sick patient care, surgical services, urgent care (same day appointments), radiography, in house laboratory, and many other services to our clients and their furbabies. We are currently looking for candidates that are flexible with their schedule (we are currently Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm), are problem-solvers, and have a passion for client service, as well as patient care. The right candidate will be able to work well in a positive team environment and work independently after training is complete.

Requirements

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to commute to Silverdale, WA 98383 (Required)

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Answering multi-line phone.
• Maintaining accurate and professional patient medical records.
• Entering information into our practice management system (Avimark).
• Checking patients in and out of the hospital, collecting payment.
• Cleaning and stocking lobby, retail areas and front desk.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
