Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Answering multi-line telephones and greeting clients.
• Scheduling appointments and taking information for the doctor.
• Accurately creating medical record entries.
• Invoicing medical transactions and collecting payments for services provided.
• Managing large amounts of incoming calls.
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with clients and their pets through open communication.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.

• Accurately recording client transactions and processing customer accounts and documents.
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
