About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Cardiologist to join our team at our Midtown Manhattan, NY hospital serving greater Manhattan, including Hell’s Kitchen, the Upper West Side, and the areas around Central Park. BluePearl Midtown is proud to offer: Annual base salary up to $300,000 , based upon level of experience. Additional earning potential through quarterly production bonus ( NO negative accrual). Sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance. About BluePearl, Midtown: We are an ER + Specialty hospital offering emergency and critical care, surgery, cardiology, oncology, neurology, diagnostic imaging, dermatology, anesthesia & pain management, and we have our very own blood bank. Accessible by public transportation, BluePearl Midtown on West 55th Street has a linear accelerator, which allows it to offer radiation therapy for cancer patients. The 20,000-square-foot hospital, formerly known as NYC Veterinary Specialists, also offers radioiodine I-131 treatment for cats with hyperthyroidism. It’s New York and so our Midtown hospital occasionally makes it into a movie or TV show. As you might guess, our veterinarians sometimes respond to the medical emergencies of TV and zoo animals, including a hypoglycemic porcupine, a flamingo with a fracture and a tiger with a bad knee, to name a few. Requirements

Board-certified or residency-trained veterinary cardiologist required.
Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
