About The Position
We are looking for a dependable, compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our busy and growing veterinary team. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be reliable and able to work every other Saturday
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Impromed is a plus
- Exotics experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assisting doctors and technicians with exams and treatments
- Animal restraint and patient care
- Lab work and diagnostics
- Maintaining clean exam rooms and treatment areas
- Accurate medical recordkeeping (Impromed experience a plus)
