Premier Veterinary Group-Chicago is offering a paid, hands-on training program designed to turn passionate animal lovers into Certified Veterinary Assistants. You’ll gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital—while completing a nationally recognized certification program. Our team of emergency veterinarians, board-certified specialists, and skilled support staff is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care—because we believe pets are family. You’ll be enrolled in the VetBloom Veterinary Assistant Program, a NAVTA-approved pathway to certification. This isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Animal handling and restraint
- Basic nursing care and patient support
- Medical terminology and record keeping
- Lab basics, radiology safety, and pharmacology fundamentals
- Surgical and exam room preparation
- Emergency readiness and hospital operations
Benefits
