Position Details Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant Status: Full-time Salary: $16 - $18 / hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, either a 4 or 5-day workweek. Rotating Saturdays St. Francis Animal Hospital is a thriving 6-doctor small animal practice centrally located in Roseville, MN. We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and team-focused Veterinary Assistant to join our outstanding team and help us provide compassionate care for our patients and clients. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care and client service
- Patient Restraint in exam rooms and treatment areas
- Ensure hospital cleanliness and organization
- Hospital laundry
- Walking and feeding patients
- Maintaining patient kennels
- Awareness of patients’ emotional and physical well-being
- Cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments
- Digital radiography procedures
- Maintain medical records
