Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and exceptional veterinary care
Computer skills - email, Google Drive, EzyVet Veterinary software
Organization - helping keep all areas of the hospital tidy, clean, stocked, and organized, cleaning as needed
Works well with a team as well as independently
Ability to effectively multi-task - prioritize based on client, patient, and practice needs
Adaptable - able to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Reliable and self-motivated

Responsibilities

Perform safe and gentle restraint for examinations by a veterinarian
Perform laboratory sample preparation for in-house machine analyses on urine and blood
Perform digital radiology
Administer vaccines and medications
Communicate with and educate clients
Provide compassionate patient care
Pitch in where needed to provide top-notch care
Preparing estimates
Filling prescriptions
Daily call-backs
Billing out clients
Able to lift daily up to 50lbs
