Requirements

Proven technical skills
Strong communication and client service abilities
Experience in safe animal handling and restraint
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to patient care
Solid understanding of veterinary medicine, anatomy, and disease processes
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
Assist with surgical procedures and anesthesia monitoring
Perform lab work, radiographs, and other diagnostic tests
Educate pet owners on treatment plans and home care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Support hospital cleanliness, safety, and organization
Respond to emergency situations with prompt and effective care
Perform dental cleanings and assist with inventory and euthanasia when needed
