About The Position
Roadside Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full time Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team! Location: 1500 S. Milford Rd. Highland, Michigan 48357. Compensation: starting at $20 - $23/hr-increases with skill set and experience. Schedule: We offer a schedule of 35 - 41 hours with a rotating Saturday. Hospital Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am -6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00. Skills Needed: Applicants must be proficient in venipuncture, IV cath placement, running surgery, calculating anesthesia, intubation, medical math. This position will require work in rooms with clients/patients, taking medical history, vaccination protocol knowledge and more.
