Ridgeville Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, dedicated Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our thriving 3-doctor practice. The Role This is a vital hybrid position where you will bridge the gap between clinical care and client service. Your day-to-day will include: Client Experience: Greeting pet parents, managing phone lines, and booking appointments. Patient Support: Assisting veterinarians and technicians with exams and pharmacy duties. Practice Flow: Processing payments and ensuring a seamless visit for our clients. What You Bring Experience: A background in veterinary care, kennel work, or high-level customer service. Spirit: A "team-first" attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
