About The Position

As a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and medical team. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area; greeting clients and patients; answering phones and emails; triaging client concerns; scheduling appointments to support an efficient daily flow; checking clients in and out; and processing payments. You’ll also provide compassionate, discreet emotional support to clients and be comfortable navigating a variety of medical outcomes. On the clinical side, duties include pet restraint, triaging incoming patients, collecting and analyzing lab samples, assisting with diagnostic imaging, supporting medical and hospitalized cases, administering medications, communicating treatment plans effectively with clients, and assisting with surgical preparation and anesthetic monitoring.
