Requirements

• Experience in client communication, patient handling, and multi-tasking in a high-volume environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle tasks while staying composed.
• Motivated to learn and grow professionally in a collaborative, supportive setting.
• A team player who pitches in wherever needed.

• Experience in a veterinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients.
• Educating pet parents on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Assisting with lab sample collection, blood draws, and diagnostic imaging.
• Prepping patients for exams, surgeries, and other procedures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, kennels, and exam areas.
• Accurately maintaining patient records and helping answer client questions.
• Safely restraining patients using Fear Free techniques.
