About The Position
VCA Dallas Animal Specialty Hospital (formerly VCA Animal Diagnostic Clinic) is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Assistant to join our growing Cardiology team full-time! Location: 17727 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75287 Compensation - $23-$28/hr. based on experience. Differential pay for swing/overnight/weekend shift. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Anesthesia monitoring/recovery
- Full Technician Skill Utilization
- Venipuncture / IVC placement
- Monitoring and caring for critical patients
- Participate in CPR
- Calculate drug doses
- Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
- Providing compassionate care for all patients
