About The Position

Pine Plains Veterinary Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animals, including cats and dogs. What to Expect A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:00pm You won’t be expected to stay late or be on call. A 2:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our current team consists of 2.5 DVMs, 2 licensed technicians, 5 assistants, 2 CSRs, and 1 groomer. About Pine Plains Veterinary Hospital Pine Plains Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to join its 2.5 doctor team, with strong mentorship available for new graduates. Founded in 1932, the practice has evolved from a farm animal clinic into a modern small animal hospital serving generations of families in Pine Plains and the Hudson Valley. The hospital is equipped with digital radiography, in-house lab equipment, and advanced surgical monitoring, supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid veterinary license in the state of New York
