Clinic Snapshot Practice type: Small animal GP. Some avian and exotics (doctor's preference) Avg. daily patient volume: 15-25 appointments Support staff ratio: 2-3 techs per doctor Case mix: Wellness, surgery, dentistry, Technology & equipment: Digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house labs, dental suite Team culture: Collaborative, teaching-focused, high-touch

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
