Requirements

DVM/VMD degree from an accredited AVMA institution
Active (or eligible) Wisconsin veterinary license
DEA/BNDD eligibility
Excellent communication and client service skills
A collaborative, team-first mindset
A passion for providing exceptional care to pets and the people who love them

Responsibilities

Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries
Operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret samples, and make accurate medical decisions
Advise pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans
Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed
Provide compassionate guidance and support for end-of-life care when appropriate
Maintain thorough, accurate medical records for all patients
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, laws, and clinic policies
