About The Position

Hoboken Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our long-standing, compassionate team in the heart of Hoboken, NJ. We are proud to be the oldest veterinary hospital in Hoboken , serving our community and their pets with empathy, quality medicine, and heart for decades. Located on Hoboken’s main street, our hospital occupies a unique three-story building : Main floor: lobby, exam rooms, treatment/prep area, and surgical suite Basement: grooming, boarding, X-ray, laundry, and lab equipment Second floor: office space and staff lounge Recent updates include new flooring on the main floor and an updated surgical suite , with continued investment in equipment and patient care. Our doctors also have access to a new anesthesia machine, new ultrasound, laser therapy, digital x-ray, tonopen & cryo unit with a dental x-ray unit coming soon. Our caseload is 98% small animal, 2% exotics , with doctors typically seeing 12–18 patients per day . Appointment times range from 30 minutes to 1 hour , allowing time for thorough, thoughtful medicine. We strongly value work-life balance , family time, and taking care of each other.
