About The Position

Skippack Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and pocket pets (mammals only). As you join our mission to provide the most comprehensive and personalized care for our highly valued clients and their pets, expect to be supported in your work and personal life with a schedule that respects your time. You will be scheduled for 10-hour days and work two to four days per week (including a Saturday rotation) which will allow for time before/after appointments for charting, plus a scheduled break. No on-call or holidays! Flexible scheduling options also available to fit your needs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• 2+ years’ appointment-based experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with exotic mammals.
• Strong communication skills.
