The Mill Brook Animal Clinic is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Surgeon to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional surgical care while helping reimagine the veterinary experience in our community . Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
- Ability to attain MA Veterinary License
- DEA License
- Minimum , 5 years of experience performing routine soft tissue surgeries in a general practice setting
- Minimum , 5 years of experience in general practice dental work , including complex extractions and g eneral p ractice level endodontic treatments
- Ability to grow and produce high-quality and high-volume surgery service
Responsibilities
- Work with h ospital leadership team to improve and expand the surgical offerings to serve our clients
- Perform soft tissue surgeries and dentals
- Celebrate the bond clients have with their pets while work ing to grow surgical practice
- Communicate with clients preoperatively and postoperatively
- Deliver 3-5 high-quality surgical procedures within an 8-hour time fram e
- Diagnose and treat pets with illnesses and injuries as necessary
