About The Position

BluePearl Monterey invites you to join our AAHA-certified, multi-specialty practice located in beautiful Monterey on the Central Coast of California! We’re seeking a Board-Certified Surgeon or an individual who is residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery to join our team. We’re eager to welcome you to our team as we gear up to unveil our brand-new hospital by Fall 2025! We’re on the lookout for an experienced clinician with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead the way in building and expanding our Surgery department. Our new building will feature three surgical suites and plenty of space for you to grow your service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be a key player in contributing to the growth of a talented team in a thriving area, all while working collaboratively with our team to build a strong service!

Requirements

• Board-Certified Surgeon or residency-trained in Small Animal Surgery.
• Experience in a multi-specialty veterinary practice.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
