There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Pulaski Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate DVM to join our AAHA-Accredited team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) who trusts and fully utilizes their technicians and understands the importance of client relationship building. Our strengths include having an indescribably top-notch team, consisting of 4 DVMs and 8 Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs), and providing exceptional care to our community's dogs and cats. We pride ourselves on having detail-oriented leaders who embrace each team member's strengths and encourage their continued growth and success. We remain family-oriented and understand that our team members deserve time away from work, while also connecting with our community by offering cost-conscious services, providing intentional face-to-face time with clients, and developing long-lasting relationships. We are open to Veterinarians of all experience levels, including early career veterinarians. Our doctors received mentorship in their early years and are happy to give back to the future generation of veterinary medicine. Aside from collaborating with our 4 doctors, additional ways we will support your mentorship and professional growth include a $2,500 annual continuing education allowance (with paid time off), guidance from a talented Medical Advisory Board, a structured mentorship program for early career veterinarians or interested mentors, and monthly DVM rounds with an internal medicine specialist. We also offer dentistry training courtesy of a board-certified dental specialist. This is a full-time role (30-40 hours/week) with no weekend, on-call, or after-hour emergencies, and we will support your areas of interest—whether that’s surgery, appointments, or both. Our benefits package includes a competitive base salary plus production (with no negative accrual), an exciting bonus program, relocation assistance, medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents (with HSA option), 120 PTO hours, 401(k) options, annual CE allowance, parental leave/bonding time, professional development assistance, personal pet discounts, paid license renewal fees and membership dues, AVMA PLIT coverage, and investment in your personal interests (charity donation, gym membership, hobby allowance), among many other benefits.
