Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily medical operations and patient care.
  • Mentors, develops, and supports DVMs to foster professional growth.
  • Sets and upholds high standards of medical quality.
  • Promotes teamwork, learning, and accountability.
  • Maintains an active patient caseload and builds strong client relationships.
