About The Position
Animal Care Center is eager to welcome an Associate DVM to our team. We're a mixed animal practice located in Hardin, Montana, a small town about 45 miles east of Billings. This is a full-time or part-time role with flexible Monday-Friday scheduling and NO weekend, on-call, or after hour emergency coverage. We're currently open weekdays from 8am-5:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for a mixed animal veterinarian who prioritizes preventative health and is confident performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. Top consideration will be given to experienced veterinarians; however, we're also open to new graduates and are happy to provide mentorship. As an Associate DVM, you'll collaborate with our 3 doctors, who have more than 50 years of combined experience. Our doctors have special interests in orthopedic surgery, general surgery, internal medicine, herd health, and emergency/critical care. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with loved ones, horseback riding, hiking, and spending time outdoors. At Animal Care Center, we treat a variety of small and large animals—primarily dogs, cats, horses, and cows. Our support staff and doctors have been with our practice for years and built great relationships with the community. There are no average days at our hospital and our team is happy to provide (and receive!) mentorship from each other to be successful. Our facility is modern and well-equipped to help us perform a wide range of services, from general wellness to surgery, dental, and mixed animal care.
