About The Position
The Manager oversees the accurate and timely reconciliation of military veteran student accounts upon withdrawal or graduation. This role prepares and submits monthly 85/15 reports and maintains precise records. Additionally, the manager oversees the campuses' Veterans' Affairs (VA) certification processes by providing timely and compliant submissions. Professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service are essential in this role.
