About The Position

This hybrid position will primarily serve veterans, adults and students with disabilities in the community. Our programs provide support for individuals with varying abilities in finding and maintaining successful, integrated employment in the community as well as serve veterans and people with disabilities by providing one on one support to help them achieve greater independence and accessibility in their home community. We are looking for dedicated people to join our team in our mission to help our clients achieve greater independence. Compensation is excellent and based on experience, education, and additional applicable skills We provide many services to support our client's goals: Case management Life Skills Counseling Supported employment and job coaching Work readiness and career exploration Advocacy for people with disabilities Assessment and evaluation Workforce and job development Independent living skills Marketing and networking Behavioral services (ABS/PBS) Transition services Benefits counseling and financial health literacy Clinical and vocational counseling. Requirements

  • This position requires a dedicated person to be a self-starter with great time management skills.
  • This is a community-based position, so the successful candidate will have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, a good driving record, and documentation of adequate auto insurance.
  • Prefers a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.
  • Related field or experience is defined as: Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Human Services, or other education or work with individuals with varying disabilities that is determined to be equivalent)
