About The Position
The Veteran Community Liaison at Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care is responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the Veteran community, primarily working with VA Hospitals and veteran organizations in Southern Colorado. This full-time position focuses on expanding outreach, increasing education on end-of-life issues for veterans, and promoting hospice programs and services to enhance access to care for this population.
