As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, you will start your day at a local dispatch office, then travel to various Petco clinic locations. Your role will involve greeting pet parents, recommending services to protect their pets, assisting the Veterinarian in administering services, and thanking pet parents for choosing Vetco.

Responsibilities

  • Meet your team at our local dispatch office
  • Travel to your assigned Petco clinic locations for the day
  • Greet the pet parents
  • Recommend the services that will best protect their pets
  • Assist the Veterinarian so the services can be administered
  • Thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco!
  • Perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Support the team in every way
  • Make good recommendations to our clients and providing exceptional customer service
