About The Position

As a Vetco Customer Service Team member, you will travel to assigned Petco clinic locations, greet pet parents, recommend services, assist veterinarians, and ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet your team at the local dispatch office and travel to assigned Petco clinic locations.
• Greet pet parents and recommend services to protect their pets.
• Assist the Veterinarian in administering services.
• Thank pet parents for choosing Vetco for their pet's care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and make good recommendations to clients.
