Nassau Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our dedicated team! Our AAHA-accredited, five-doctor practice has proudly served the community since 1937, making us one of the oldest animal hospitals in New York State. Requirements
- Active NY Veterinary Technician License (LVT)
- Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
- Laboratory sample collection and processing
- Administering vaccines and medications
- Anesthesia monitoring and dental cleanings
- Taking and interpreting radiographs
- Excellent communication and client education abilities
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to learn and grow
