About The Position
Independence Animal Hospital is proud to serve the Independence, KS area for everything pet-related. Our practice is a full-service mixed-animal hospital and will see routine appointments, surgical cases as well as offer acupuncture services. Our in-house capabilities include digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, cold laser, indoor stocks, outdoor pen area, hydraulic tilt chute, and an OB chute. Our doctors are supported by our experienced credentialed technicians, assistants, and practice manager. Position Purpose Come extern with us! Heartland Veterinary Partners' Vet Tech Externship Program works to provide externship support for veterinary technician students. Externship length & requirements are dependent upon your university.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Veterinary Technician School
