About The Position
Are you a dedicated veterinary student ready to elevate your clinical skills this summer? We’re excited to launch our 2026 Vet Student Bootcamp, a paid, immersive 10-week summer internship where you’ll gain real-world veterinary experience and hands-on training within our network of privately owned hospitals. About the Program: This is an intensive, paid veterinary internship designed to deepen your clinical knowledge and practical experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Participants will learn veterinary medicine through education, clinical experience, and active participation in patient care. Program Features: 10-week paid internship with structured learning and mentorship Case rounds and journal club discussions Wet labs and skills workshops RECOVER CPR certification included Hands-on clinical experience in: primary care, urgent care, and surgery TNR clinics where you will serve as the primary surgeon with a mentor
Requirements
- Commitment to the full 10-week program
- Mandatory orientation week attendance
- Up to 40 hours/week in-hospital, with additional hours for labs, lectures, and TNR sessions
- Active participation in all clinical and out-of-hospital learning activities
- Occasional evening and weekend shifts; ECC track includes overnight experience
