About The Position

Swan Street Veterinary Clinic & Wellness Centre is a highly regarded pet wellness centre offering gold standard veterinary care to the Richmond community. You will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-built clinic with an amazing, passionate team! We are seeking an Experienced Veterinary Nurse to join the team on a part-time basis, with the strong potential of becoming full-time. You will be a team player with the energy and drive to make a real difference, with a commitment and passion for quality practice and high standards of care. In this position you will also be required to work on reception, greeting clients and patients over the phone and face-to-face.

Requirements

• Passionate Vet Nurse who holds their Cert IV.
• At least 1 - 2 years clinical experience.
• Experience in receptionist duties.
• High attention to detail.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Effective time management and organisational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work on reception, greeting clients and patients over the phone and face-to-face.
• Provide surgical nursing and nurse consulting.
• Perform occasional front of house duties.
• Ensure clients leave feeling encouraged and listened to.
