We’re changing lives. BIG PICTURE: We’re looking for an ideas-first creative who can turn one strong insight into ten scroll-stopping videos. - You understand short-form storytelling at a systems level
- You can manufacture emotion quickly: heart, surprise, tension, humor
- You know why people swipe away — and how to stop it
- You think in hooks, formats, and repeatability
- You’re obsessed with what’s working right now
- You can explain your thinking clearly and simply

Responsibilities
- Generate high-performing short-form ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Develop viral hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds
- Identify repeatable formats we can turn into series, not one-offs
- Spot trends early and adapt them to fit Dhar’s voice and values
- Design ideas with retention in mind (open loops, escalation, payoff)
- Create concepts that naturally allow for brand integration
- Collaborate with editors and producers to bring ideas to life
