Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in operations, consulting or a startup environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and investigative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proven record of process improvement.
  • Ability to identify gaps and areas for improvement proactively.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service protocols, specifically in the Fintech/Travel/memberships sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the GM and other teams to develop operational policies that meet strategic objectives.
  • Create and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and increase cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate operational performance against KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with performance expectations.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
