About The Position

The position involves driving and expanding revenue growth opportunities with major accounts in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device Manufacturers, and Food & Beverage sectors. The role requires a consultative, relationship-first sales approach to cultivate high-trust partnerships with key decision-makers. The candidate will leverage existing industry networks to identify potential new accounts and drive net-new business expansion opportunities. Analytical foresight and compelling communication skills are essential to develop long-term client loyalty and repeat business. The candidate must understand the competitive landscape and develop business strategies to capture market share, distinguishing rf IDEAS as the leader in the radio frequency identification marketplace through effective selling strategies. Maintaining detailed technical knowledge of products and service offerings is crucial to ensure customer needs are met. The role also involves visiting client locations periodically to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal, managing the sales pipeline for run-rate activities and business development projects, providing sales quotations, and responding to requests for proposals.

Requirements

  • Relevant background and a proven track record within the Healthcare vertical, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Device Manufacturing & Food & Beverage businesses is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the use of proximity or contactless credentials for authentication, access, security, and productivity.
  • Experience in hardware and software is preferred.
  • Skilled in major account management and developing business with potential new partners.
  • Ability to sell within a technical environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, NetSuite a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50 to 60%.

  • Assist in providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Manage the growth and strategy of the largest major account.
  • Attend trade shows and communicate effectively with customers, partners, prospects, and vendors to enhance the image and reputation of rf IDEAS in the technology marketplace.
  • Coordinate and plan GTM strategy and needs to serve the market with Marketing.
