The Vertex Data, Technology, and Engineering (DTE) internship program is a multi-week experiential training program for students currently working towards an undergraduate or advanced degree. Requirements

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future.
  • Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from May - August 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Veeva CRM team and cross functional partners to identify and understand the key functionality of the Global Veeva CRM platform at Vertex.
  • Partner with conference room and event support as part of the Core Technology Audio/Video Collaboration team.
  • Support applications managed by the DTE CPEAO & MWS team that aid in the preparation, review, and management of clinical/regulatory/medical communications and publications.
  • Assist with migrating automation processes to serverless architecture in the Cybersecurity role.
  • Support financial applications which enable the organization to function optimally financially.
  • Support the build and configuration of the Business Analysis process and delivery of business requirements for Clinical Operations.
  • Serve as a technical resource for supporting the DTE Commercial MarTech team across Web, Email and Content platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced professionals across IT and business teams to refine project reporting and improve data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the streamlining of document management processes and optimizing the knowledge repository within Microsoft Teams.
  • Contribute to project teams with requirements gathering and coordination of new technology assessments.
