About The Position

The Vertex Co-op Program offers students the opportunity to learn about the pharmaceutical industry from a hands-on perspective. You will be working closely with and learning from some of the brightest people in the industry. Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future
• Candidate must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before July 2025
• Candidate must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from July - December 2025

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end IT service performance to identify areas for enhancement
• Manage the transition of new or modified IT services into the operational framework
• Monitor and document software and hardware utilization
• Analyze metrics to assess service performance and gauge user satisfaction
