About The Position

As a Retail Sales Advisor for our Verizon products, you’ll help customers meet their technology needs with Verizon devices and services. You’ll build rapport with retail customers and provide them with relevant and memorable product demonstrations. You’ll also help achieve department revenue, margin, solutions and operational targets. Together with other employees, you’ll demonstrate, promote and sell Verizon products and services within the mobile phone department. What you’ll do Actively engage customers using selling skills to increase sales of Verizon products and services Explain complex technology and service plans in simple terms for customers and other employees to understand Explain product features and benefits to consumers in a way that is engaging and builds excitement Act with patience and genuine helpfulness while assisting customers

Requirements

1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
1 year of sales experience
1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
