Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related major.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work in Basking Ridge, NJ.
  • Ability to participate in a hybrid 10-week internship from June 2026 to August 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in competitive analysis, customer requirements analytics/management, market research, operations, communications, project management, partner management.
  • Project experience and/or coursework in marketing, strategy, data analytics, media, design, finance, consulting, budget management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of consumer, enterprise or telecom products and market.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel), prototyping tools like Figma/Figjam or Adobe XD, coding languages like Python or Java.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, complex projects, involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Establish and cultivate cross-functional partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to create a comprehensive plan.
  • Innovate retail experiences and product displays by blending digital and physical elements.
  • Use analytical skills to collect and analyze data for efficient processes.
  • Assist with budget management and vendor contracts.
